Founded in 2018, Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) is a 7000+ strong members angel investing firm which supports new-age entrepreneurs, providing them monetary & experiential capital by connecting them with a diverse group of investors. A new investor can start with a small investment and still make a meaningful value proposition for the start-up with combined funding from various members. This facilitates Start-ups to gain funding along with access to network, guidance, and mentorship.

VACANCY DETAILS :-

Job Title: CA – Industrial Trainee

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tasks/projects from various functions like Investments, Investor Relations, AIF, Finance & Accounts, and Start-up team as and when assigned.

• Financial Due Diligence / Preparing Financial Model / Business valuation of start-up’s

• Day to day Accounting, reporting and Business Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting

• Owning business critical projects, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Update existing SOPs and create new operational SOPs as and when applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Students who have completed CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are eligible to undergo Industrial Training according to ICAI Rules

• Available for the duration 12 – 18 months

• Completed GMCS 2 & Advanced ITT Training

General Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and focus on results

• Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

• Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects and tasks

• Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy
